Goodnight all - love you all- another late night here with Darin and I. he has done so much downstairs gutting out but much more to come. I will tackle some early am once I get the 2nd coat of paint on in the kitchen and then head to work. Tomorrow night I hope to start packing the cars for loads to go out of the living room and into storage and gut out more downstairs with hubby. We are a great team!! Praying that the handyman can fix the bathroom in no time flat. We are already at 6 hours of labor charges in the kitchen alone. Need to call a plumber to get the baseboard cover on and professionally installed. I still need fixtures put up and then painting the LONG hall downstairs and get long ladder to do that. Then we are looking better for selling - goes on market 4/8 for 134,900. Talk it up to all your friends and family. Who knows - someone may be looking and you dont know it!:) HUGS!!! Wine has made me tipsy- hope I sleep tonight! up at 5 for more work pre and post work!!
