Google Glass - a wearable computer that feels like wearing eyeglasses, and looks like its wearers stepped out of a Terminator film, can be used for a number of things: Searching the internet, checking your email and messaging friends. But can it be used in the courtroom? Thats the idea for attorneys representing clients who want to document their struggle or provide additional evidence in ways their injury impairs their quality of life - take photos and document problems. Las Vegas personal injury lawyers could capitalize on the technology’s ability to record daily life activities and/or working conditions that might bolster a civil suit case in court by demonstrating to jurors the everyday challenges the client experiences as a result of his or her injury. But, there is a growing concern over privacy and using Google Glass to document concerns could result in a whole other host of privacy issues.
