Gosh Katie - Im blushing! xx Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at Bellissima for helping me to find my perfect dress! All of your staff are so polite and helpful! A particular thank you to Laura who helped bring this nervous/shy self-effacing bride-to-be out of her shell and helped her find what she wanted when she didnt know herself. I think Laura hit the nail on the head when at my first fitting, she said I walked in with a look of dread on my face. She made me feel welcome and comfortable, knew exactly what to say and how to help - even when all the dresses I thought I wanted werent right for me. She helped me find a dress that Id never have thought Id pick but it looked perfect when I put it on. I was instantly in love with it and she was so patient and down-to-earth and easy to open up to. Everyone loved my dress - including my husband who was completely stunned and awed by it. Ive never felt so confident and beautiful so thank you so much for all your help and for making one of the best days of my life. I honestly cannot thank you enough and cannot fault your service.
