His disciples drew and ate the grain, rubbing them in their hands. 2Then Pharisees said, "Why do ye that which is not allowed on the Sabbath?" 3Jesus answered them, "Have ye not read what David and his companions did when they were feeling hungry? 4Davi entered the house of God, took the bread offered to God and ate, and moreover gave them to his companions.
