Got EVERYTHING taken care of. In my anger and disappointment with the customer service of an airline, I still had the ability to articulate and teach about customer service. The agent,her manager and I had a loonnnnggg talk about many topic. Here are some of the bullet points: *The levels of customer service. *How to tell a customer NO with grace....so they arent PISSED OFF like I was earlier. I had to take my bow tie off! *Why you should always do your best at any job you choose to undertake. *Releasing yourself from the chains of waking up and spending 50 hrs a week at a place you clearly hate. At the end of it all we laughed and were on first name basis. My issue was resolved and I was compensated for my frustration. I just dont understand why some people are unwilling to help unless your tone is elevated and your body language becomes aggressive. Anywho....see you tomorrow DETROIT!
