Got a bit of a cardio workout in today using the kettle bell! Did the following exercises for 1 minute each one after the other: 1. Around the body pass (move the KB around your body for 1 minute each way) 2. Circles (hold KB in front and move in around in a circle for one minute one way then one minute the other way) 3. Figure 8s (pass the KB around your legs in a fig. 8 pattern for one minute then switch direction and move around for another minute) 4. Good mornings (hold KB to your chest and bend forward at the waist) 5. Windmill (stand with legs apart and straight. Hold KB up with right arm. Bend at the waist and touch your left hand down to your left foot while keeping the KB up and look at the KB). 6. Squatting around the body pass (same as 1. but keep your legs bent as if sitting in a chair - clockwise) 7. Windmill (left arm holding KB) 8. Same as 6. but go counterclockwise. 9. Single arm KB swings (right then left) 10. Turkish get ups (right then left) 11. Step out side lunges 12. Snatch (right then left) 13. Clean and press (right then left) 14. Two-handed swing / squat 15. Squats Only twenty two minutes! Give it a go!
