Got a fabulous review from my clients: Carlos and I both work, and Rebecca could not have been more accommodating with our schedules. There were numerous times she met us at her office in the late evening so we did not have to leave work early. There were times we told Rebecca we were interested in making an offer, only to change our minds after looking at the house one last time on our own. She never said one unkind word or expressed any frustration with us throughout the process. Rebecca has a sense of humor that will help any client power through the house hunting process. She was very encouraging about finding the right home for us without ever being pushy to make a decision right away. Rebecca has integrity, and, in hindsight, I can still say that she was honest with us throughout the whole process. She had knowledge about the market, and she was very generous with her time and information. There were many nights I called or texted her with questions, and she always made herself available. I have never had any person in the world of sales be this generous with her time. I hire and manage sales people who work in the competitive world of commission. After working with Rebecca, I am looking at potential candidates in a different way and getting better results. Rebecca is competitive, however, not aggressive: She is always calm, collected, and kind. She operates by consistently doing what is in the best interest of her clients, and this is how she won our loyalty. We found our home in three or four months. Rebecca clearly did research in between the days of looking at homes. She was always very prepared and showed homes that made sense to our interests. She is a great listener, and it showed in the homes she was showing us. During the whole process, Rebecca answered all our questions in a timely manner.
