Got a lot on my mind tonight. Thinking of all the goals that I have set for myself. Formulating a plan to walk towards them. The first step is to step out of the shame of my past faults and shortcomings. Realize they are learning tools. Second step is to set concrete and achievable goals. Need to have a clear vision of what I want. Third step is to pray and mediate for strength, discipline, and consistency. Get my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual self prepared for the challenge. And the final step is begin to work. Walk towards the goals.
