Got a new phone under warranty because my old phone was only 10 months old, the new one only works when it is plugged directly into the wall, and sometime randomly shouts down. The Verizon rep said “this happens every wants in a while”. Every wants in a while, “so this has happened with other costumers of yours”. “Yes, they send out phones with a bad charging port”. So I’m just thinking, like what is the percentage on this, because I think that 0.5% would be to hi. This is the problem with monopolies like Verizon they just quit trying and do not care anymore.
