Got a phone call at work today from a older lady in tears because she was frustrated that she couldnt set up her $47 printer from an Australian retailer. This retailer said that they would install it for her at a cost of $90. The lady then said she would bring her laptop and printer in and they said it made no difference, it would still cost her. She rung another retailer until she finally rang our store in tears. Hey.. I might not of sold it, but I certainly enjoyed the cup of tea and scone. Enjoy your printer maam ... As a retired nurse, its the least my generation can do to thank you .....
