Got a temporary ankle sprain . No biggie , getting better by the second . It can keep me off the court but not the gym! Once im back theres no going back . Cant really do much in the gym anyways except core , balance and one legged stuff . Im not the type of person that takes no for an answer , failure as a final or defeat as thats it . My everyday goal ever since i was young was to overcome things that might slow me down . I realized that even with a bad ankle, one arm or a messed up shoulder you shouldnt let it stop you from the things you love . OBVIOUSLY dont do something thats going to potentially push you back another two steps but think it through . Know your body and listen to your body , you know what you can do and what you cant do . What doesnt kill you makes you stronger .
