Got a very big reminder today about what is important in life. Dan called me this morning from the road, he all of a sudden had some memory loss and blurry vision. I made him pull over to the side of the road and wanted him to go to the hospital. He did not want to, and it took some threatening to do it, But I got him to go. By the time he got to the hospital (he would not let me call an ambulance) his tongue was tingly and numb, and he was confused about where he was. I was terrified it was something bad. Thank the Lord, it turned out to be some type of unusual atypical migraine. He is home and fine now, but our whole lives flashed before my eyes. Hug your love ones, be sure to tell them all how much you love them. This was a reprieve, and I cannot even imagine what would have happened if it didnt turn out like this. Having lost my stepfather three years ago to a brain aneurysm, it was very hard not to think the worst until we knew what was going on. Feeling especially blessed this Christmas season
