Got an AMAZING line up of sponsors for the upcoming 12 week challenge starting January 5th, 2015 massive prizes, and amazingly, STILL spots avaiable!!! I thought I would give ladies the rundown of what my business is about, the type of training I provide and the a little about the ladies I train. At Biggiesmalls Fitness I provide mobile personal training, meaning I come to you. I have a daughter myself so I have made my sessions child friendly, I dont mind hanging with the little one so you can do you own thing without, or even incorporating them into the workouts- one piece of equipment youll never be without. I am extremely professional, I have all the same qualifications and skills that the big guns that train at popular gyms have, only Im a lot cheaper. I feel as though until I have to pay massive amounts to pay rent for a commercial property, I can afford to charge a little less and keep my ladies happy. Workouts run for 30 minutes, are intense tailored to your fitness levels and goal specific. I like to keep workouts fresh always working with different training techniques to see what works best for each individual, so be prepared to be thrown out of your comfort zone from time to time. I believe in order to make progress and improve both mentally and physically sometimes these things have to happen! I work with weights mainly, and have a passion for giving woman the best body possible without going to the extent of surgery (aside from the boobs sadly) complimenting their assets and improving on parts their not quite happy with teaching them body acceptance as if your perception is out of line with what everyone sees and you have negative body image, you will never be happy with how you look so making sure everyone is in a good mindset is very important. Im also starting a body building course next year to further my knowledge and give clients the best results possible. I am a firm believer in keeping it caveman style when it comes to dieting, and am dead against making people believe they need supplements in order to see results for my own financial benefit. I write up meal plans for people catered to their body types. The three body types are mesomorph, ectomorph and endomorph. These body types have specific characteristics (see post on my page about body types to determine yours) keeping things sustainable where it works with your lifestyle, making small changes that eventuate in big results, and there are NO quick fixes that last for a small amount of time so if youre someone looking for that, this is not the place for you! Finally, the type of ladies I seem to attract are very open minded, easy to get along with and dont mind to joke around, all very hard working, rarely having time for themselves and dedicated to their goals. All completely different lifestyles, but also very similar in many ways. I like to have a strong relationship with everyone I train as I think its very important to get along with the person youre about to be spending a lot of time with working on your goals, and think getting to know someone better will also open up a lot of things they didnt know about themselves that may have stopped them from moving forward in their health and fitness goals in the past. I dont run a bootcamp style of training where you get screamed at however I have my own style of training which has shown equally great results without giving myself a throat infection from pelting out orders with my chipmunk voice. So there you have it! Sometimes it can be hard to pick apart the competition, hopefully a little more insight will help find the trainer that will work best for you :)
