Got an E mail from a nice guy that said we did not have real Aleppo. Of course he compared a bag full of immature ones we harvested to his photo. So will post here a pic of what they look like when they are producing full size. Oh wow it happens to look like his photo!! Keep in mind a real experienced pepper grower that grows large crops knows that climate and time of season will produce pods of different shape and size than the norm. Have seen Yellow 7 Pots be smooth in winter yet bumpy and huge during summer from same plant. Here is my picture of a more normal Aleppos we picked last year. Lighting is a little bright so they appear more lighter in color. We will have thousands of plants in the ground and for sale!
