Got at least near 40 sheep done. The sheep which had newborn lambs. Well one died and the other one has completely vanished into thin air. Searched everywhere for it. She is a very unhappy sheep now. Its sad but its farm life. Its what happens. Eagles are the worst for it. Just come down into the field grab a lamb and take off with it. Their big birds and they are hungry as well. One old sheep gave in and just passed on with a smile on her face. It was her last day of hope for today anyway. Got possibly two throats to slit tomorrow. Time to get the knives out of their hiding places. Get them done sometime. Skinned and gutted. With just over 30 or 40 sheeps hooves to trim back. A few narly long nails and I found out I have an appointment on Tuesday. Which just gets in the F**K!*G WAY OF EVERYTHING THE LIVESTOCK NEED ON THE FARM DONE!!!! Its an appointment which cannot be missed as well. Well I suppose one day of cruelty of neglect isnt that bad towards the livestock that are needed to be in right now instead of later. I mean the system does not care at all... Or I just do some more sheep on Tuesday as well as skip helping feed the cattle later in the arvo just for one appointment. Being it is the day mum has to be in all day anyway. Just go into the appointment smelling of sheep yards. I am sure they will be quite pleased to see but I dont care. I dont have time to clean up. It is fair the animals on the farm are attended too whilst the sheep yard is up right up until the very last minute. The more sheep I can get done the better. Kinda wishing I got all the bigger sheep done first. Well thats life.
