Got bum tuck on your deep squat? Me too. After fixing my hamstring shortness, I still had the tuck so have now been using this stretch with some great results. This stretch known in yoga as the frog pose is great for your adductors specifically Adductor Magnus. As the AM originates on the pelvic bone, shortness in this muscle can pull the pelvis underneath the torso as you go into deep squat which causes up to 10 times your body weight of pressure to be placed on your lumbar spine putting you at serious risk of disc herniations or other back injuries.
