Got confirmation today that my plane ticket is booked...Im so very excited that Ill be going to Tanzania with Engineering Ministries International the first 2 weeks of Sept to work with a team on the master plan for Kulea Villages (see kuleavillages.org) for their new complex including agricultural work that ties into my permaculture certification. Thanks to all of the people who have steered me in this direction...especially my loving parents who always told me I could do anything I put my mind to and my Haiti mission team who nurtured my desire to do even more with the skills Ive been blessed to possess. Please pray that I can serve the orphans thoughtfully, respectfully, and with an eye to their continued sustainable future within their unique culture and environment.
