Got invited to the LeMay Collection out in Spanaway to look at a sliver of the huge car collection. Turns out that Collection is a good name because there is way more than cars to see. Gas pumps, pedal cars, fire engines, REO trucks, motorcycles, dollars and ice cream vending bicycles to name a few items on exhibit. I was totally absorbed for 3 hours. Then off to Pacific Raceways to chat with the ProFormance Racing School instructors following their annual clinic. Thanks to Don Kitch and all the instructors for a very pleasant visit and a chance to get updated on the paving of the track. Don says the paver has been paid, now if they can just get 3 days of 60 deg weather and no rain.
