Got late night sweet cravings? Have A Little Bit Of What You Fancy; my take on a night-time treat to curb the need to binge eat sweet treats, such as biscuits. 1. Youll need Nutella, Peanut Butter (almond butter is better), Quark and a Teacup (or other container). 2. Add 2 tbsp of Quark, 2 tsp of Peanut Butter (or almond butter) and 1 tsp of Nutella to the cup. 3. Mix thoroughly with a teaspoon. 4. Presto! It may look like a sludgy vulture but it tastes lovely, contains protein and healthy fats to stave off hunger and that little bit of sugar and chocolate that will help curb the cravings. Approx 100 cal per serving, which the average person will easily burn whilst asleep. Enjoy!
