Got my apron on and Im going to town making beer rocks!... Beer Rocks w/ 93/7 ground turkey. To make: Thaw (overnight) one pack of frozen Bridgeford bread (3 loaves). Chop up 1 purple cabbage (2lbs 12oz) and 1 purple onion (250 g) sauté with 1Tbsp evoo. In separate pot: Brown 2-1/2 lbs lean ground turkey 93/7, drain juices. Then mix together 2 Tbsp flour with 3/4cup water and add to meat, simmer on low for 5-7 minutes. Add 3Tbsp chicken bullion, a little chili powder, garlic pepper and little crushed red pepper flakes. Add veggies & meat mix together and simmer 5 minutes. Divide each loaf of dough into 6 pieces (makes 18 total). Flour counter and work each piece of dough like a mini pizza. Add almost 3/4 cups meat/cabbage mix to center of dough and fold corners up creating a dough ball so it incases the meat. Place folded side down on cookie sheet. Bake 6 at a time in oven at 375 for exactly 15 minutes.
