Got my first workout in since getting injured two weeks ago! It wasnt beautiful, but I did it! It was random and consisted of me crawling from one place to the next and making up random ways to use a single piece of equipment (to keep me in one spot longer) as well as lots of legs up crunches (to keep my ankle elevated as much as possible!!!). I also ended up in frustrated and in tears but kept going. Despite the struggle - I DID IT! Thats how I DUDAS! #JustDudas
