Got my grocery list all set for my week, which is Sunday to Sunday. Healthy eating for LESS than eating out twice a day. Grand total healthy for one week: $70. Grand total eating out twice per day and one homemade meal per day over an entire week: $150. Meal 1: Smoothie made with half pound kale, two large Fuji apples and one cup filtered water blended until liquefied. Meal 2: Two peaches, five pitted dates, one banana Meal 3: Navel orange, one tomato sprinkled with one teaspoon of ground cardamom and eight ounces of lemon water (fresh squeezed lemon), two stalks celery (natural sodium) Meal 4: Two Brazil nuts (thyroid health), 60 grams of raw pumpkin seeds, three Tbsp freshly ground flax seeds, one Haas avocado Meal 5: Tomato sprinkled with one teaspoon ground cardamom, cucumber sprinkled with one teaspoon ground cardamom, leafy green salad with homemade cider vinegar/olive oil/freshly chopped garlic. Supplements: Two veggie caps of olive leaf extract (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, antioxidant), Two capsules Coenzyme-Q10 (heart rhythm regulation, antioxidant, muscle nerve firing regulation) Exercise: Four hours cardio weekly, three hours weight training weekly. This pretty much sums it up. Not bad for around $70 a week plus seven hours of time per week. Taking photos of progress daily to do a time-lapse video but that wont be for a good four or five months from now.
