Got my hair cut professionally for the first time today! :) Kim, one of the workers here at the house, was nice enough to invite her friend Nicole over to cut my hair for me, since I had been talking about it. Theyre both wonderful people and it was such a nice gesture. This is the shortest Ive had my hair in years and I absolutely love it. I feel so much better without all of my old hair weighing me down lol The swelling has gone down a little with help from the steroids and the bruising has started to disappear back by my ear, but theres still a lot more healing to go. The lower lid on my right eye is being pulled down because of the weight of the swelling in my face, so its not very fun or appealing. The picture is flipped again, but its still all on the right side of my face I promise. Im meeting Dr. Siebert tomorrow afternoon and hopefully flying home the day after. But if he advises against flying this soon after surgery, well have to get another way home
