Got my run in and sit ups. Got worried there for a minute. Getting to the point of rolling out of the bed and onto the treadmill. I should just sleep with my running shoes on. Make it a habit and it becomes natural. Rule #1 ; Eat only after you work out or run not before, ever. Rule #2 ; Do sit ups daily Rule #3 ; Dont eat junk, if you do, run a few miles extra Rule #4 ; Follow rules 1,2,3! Thats my life now on month 3. Takes awhile to lose the belly and get the cardio level where I used to have it.
