Got right out of work and back at it once again today on this wicked cold day! Thats the plus side of hitting the treadmill this time of year.....its no problem throwing on some shorts and a tank top and take off like its the middle of summer! Its going really well doing the walking in place thing, and does go by just like a normal outside walk when you get used to it. But I have to say that dropping the Ipod on the treadmill yesterday sure didnt help things! After it hit the wall and I went to use it today...sure it still worked and sounded good, but it must have been mad at me cause it performed like CRAP today! Like Ive said in the past....all good tunes...just not many that were good walking tunes to crank along to. I must have went through 40 songs trying to find the right ones to get the feet moving the whole time. Oh, I still found some, like this one from today, but it took some digging as I trudged along! And when I found the song from today on youtube...its easy to see that I wasnt the only one thinking this is a great walking tune! :) youtu.be/-Jw2W68nwqU
