Got slammed by someone who is not happy that my food pics does not come with a recipe attached..boldly instructed me to attach recipe to every pics posted!..IS IT FAIR?Coz some of my creations are products of clocking upteen hrs in my cake studio..experimenting with new flavours n n attitude of dare to fail..sucess tho perserverance!..some of my recipes are product of sneeking into various chefs kitchen at many hotels n restaurants..n many2 hrs of raport with them..not everyone get to go into a chefs kitchen u know..should i b publishing their trade secrets?..i dont think so!..i do give out recipes iam comfortable with but de most tedious thing is to sit down n manually type recipes frm scratch is a darn killer fr someone like me who clocks in almost 19 hrs in frt of my stove n 2 ovens on a daily basis..oh yah did i forget to mention i do laundry..housekeeping..tuition..cook..clean n a wife..a mother of 3 kids?..u try to do what i do n c if u can manually type all recipes to all pics..anyway my pics has step by step pics of cooking process..i love to c how only clever people get to c whats used n how its done..n loath those spoon feed buggers who only likes whats presented to them on a silver platter..bahhhh...gd Wed mornin u olz...clockin in another 10hrs today..Bismillah..10q Allah..
