Got some deep tissue work today, heres the verdict. Acute Pec Tear (about the size of a nickel) Acute Infrapinatis tear & a great deal of scar tissue surrounding the scap. Torqued thoracic Swelling in the left erector (mid) various knots through the lats & severely restricted esg. Acute left hamstring tear Severe restriction in the tfl/it. Thats just from a 35 minute session. I feel light years better, but the truth is Ive been pushing way too hard for way too long. I preach to customers and clients about health & wellness/longevity above all and need to be an example of such as well. All this being said, I will be deadlifting this Friday at the northwest fitness expo, after that Im taking all plans off the table to compete to put some work back into my own body and to free up needed time for me to continue to improve the lives of others.
