Got something rather weird, its one of those if you do this type of thing event. It costs you money for a license in this case a marriage license. So the "little room people" got hitched, placed the license in a box. Okay, preacher goes to sign the license, one tiny small drop of oil got on the form. Less than a dot from a pen, the clerk noticed it, made them pay $50.00 on top of the fee they paid for the original license, then they had to drive back over a hundred something miles for the pastor to sign it again.
