Got the front shell of the boys turtle costumes all made and the whole time I was doing it I just kept thinking of all of the time I have spent making Halloween costumes over the years. Some took weeks of nonstop sewing, (Kaits Queen of Hearts dress with the SIXTEEN lined panels in the skirt of her dress comes to mind, lol). Today, spending maybe an hour total to make two ninja turtle shells kind of made me feel like I was cheating them, but then I reminded myself that this is what the boys want to be and how thrilled they are going to be when they are all dressed and ready to go...... I guess I didnt cheat them afterall! ;) I STILL want them to be zombies so I can do some zombie make-up, but maybe next year! =D Have a wonderful, dry if possible and most importantly SAFE Halloween everyone!!!
