Got the opportunity today to take medical supplies, clothes and formula to Real Hope For Haiti (center for malnourished children). We were also there to just love on the babies because physical touch helps babies grow and recover. There is some injustice in this world that I will never understand. They are running low on funds and supplies and theyve had an increase in patients due to the dry weather and poor crop harvest. Right now they have 68 pediatric malnourished inpatients. They also have a feeding and nutrition program on Fridays and a health clinic they run Monday through Thursday. If you have ever considered donating to an organization please consider them.
