Got this email from a viewer today: The people in Buffalo are saying Where is Al Gore when you need him? So much for global warming. Here is my reply: This is where the unknowing are missing the real point. The fact that we’ve had an extraordinary amount of aberrant weather in the past decade is a perfect example of why we DO have climate change – the result of “global” warming. The reason we have weather to begin with starts with the inherent imbalance of warm and cold. If you amplify the warm, the weather pendulum must make wider swings to balance things out. Every unheard of event can’t be directly attributed to this global climate change, but the preponderance of events clearly speaks volumes. More simply put, the crazier our global weather becomes, the more likely its due to the increasing temperature imbalances because of excessive warming around the globe. The wackier the weather gets, the more it proves whats really going on.
