Before his death, my late client made a cash deposit of $13.5Million in a bank in Lome - Togo. I happened to be his attorney before his death and I signed as his witness when he deposited this said amount of money in the bank in Lome - Togo.. Now that he is dead and has no known family relatives who will inherit and claim the money from the bank, I contacted you because you have the same surname with him.
