Got this exercise from Bill Starr, a top lifter from the 1960s and former Strength Coach at Johns Hopkins and University of Hawaii. Helps you finish at the top of your clean pull. If you tend to cut your pull early, and have to race to get under the bar, these can help. Also good if you need a challenging pull thats easy on your knees & lower back. The abbreviation for MuscleClean from Knees is MCFK, so I tend to call these McF#cks.
