Got to go get started on my tomatoes. Picked 10 this morning and almost 15 in the last week! Had to toss a couple of real nice ones, damn bugs!! So time to get them prepped for freezing... Tomatoes through the winter? YES!!! If I only knew how to pickle my cucumbers, Id have it made!! then I have to make some pico de gallo ,then toast whats left of the jalapenos and green chiles so I can freeze them too!
