Got to love the TURKISH GET UP .... dont know why those bad boys as not more popular in the gym or in a home workouts now days when you look at the amount of muscles they work, but changing trends in exercise popularity seem to have pushed it to the backseat a little. Without getting technical it works muscles in the arms in the deltoid and triceps, legs in the quads and hamstrings , the glutes and the abs. Takes some practice to get the technique and coordination of movements down, but once you got it you always have a good exercise to come back to when you want to do a one exercise session. Get the right weight kettlebell for resistance and you have a great all over body work right there. Can also breakdown the movements into their own individual exercises to target specific muscle groups. A great compound strength movement with few exercises matching it when it comes to keeping the core engaged or working your coordination under pressure. Want to know more about this great exercise let me know, happy to share technique tips or arrange a session to teach you the movements.
