Got up early to beat the heat of the day and went grocery shopping. Walking by the meat dept someone had spilled chicken guts on the floor. Guess whos shoe found it! Mine!!! I hit the floor injuring my left wrist. All I could think was....omg, thank God I wore underwear today!!! My next thought was....son of a €@% my fitness schedule!! Icing it now with a new plan of walking. Going to the urgent care for xray. I have used up every swear word for the year! I am so pissed! So much for plank hold today and probably swimming too.
