Got up early to put in some serious mileage at the airport cycle track for the first time only to find it closed for maintenance. Was forced to explore around airport & found about 20 km of deserted dirt tracks BETWEEN the runways. Approaching from south, could go right up to apron in front of terminal building and out to fences near each runway. Lots of birds. On return to car, found cycle track open again, so set off on the 23.5km loop but got a flat 5 km in :-( Called emergency number (02 1324000) and they picked me & bike up & delivered us to the car. Great service.
