The same list of available cuts and prices still apply, but now The Local’s BREAKFAST SAUSAGE is available! $5 per pound, specify Mild or Hot, and if you’d like it in 1# or 2# packages. Also, several folks have expressed interest in Steaks, but not WHOLE ribeyes. I can certainly understand that. If you want some Ribeye Steaks, there are approximately 16 of them on a whole Ribeye. Let me know how many you want, and if someone else wants enough to make up a whole roast order, I will get it in, cut it, and wrap them up for your freezer for just $1 each service charge.
