Goth Lolita Flutterbat Commission Commissioned request of a generation 1 Flutterbat custom pony designed in the gothic Lolita fashion. Pony base was a white G1 pegasus, base layer of Gesso for the paint to bond to. Full body repaint job in pale lemon yellow acrylic paint, eyes hand-painted in matte, metallic, neon and glitter acrylics. Pink bat cutie marks also hand-painted. Mane and tail are re-rooted in dollyhair in the colors dusty rose nylon pony hair and sugarless gum pink saran Barbie hair. Two other vibrant shades of pink are recycled hair I cut off from other generation 3 Pinkie Pie ponies. Mane styled in my hair gel method. Ears and wings have leather extensions for ragged bat detailing. Made entirely new bat wings from leather, painted in the lemon acrylics, hand-stitched pale yellow bias tape along the edged. Leather on the ears are on the tips and inner ears, also painted in the lemon acrylics. Outfit- started with sleeves on the front legs. Started off with mauve fabric, stitched thin stripes of black velvet fringe strips in cross patterns, put black lace at the bottoms. Then stitched olive green cob web trim. Black laces lined with turquoise ribbon lace. Gray trim along the top, with black faux leather lace trim. Stitched puffy sleeves from a sheer turquoise green fabric with tiny beads stitched on. Lined the tops to with the same faux leather black lace trim ribbon to match the sleeves. Stitched black lace around the waist of the pony, with the faux black leather lace trim along the top of the waist. Stitched two layers of turquoise lace and ribbons on the hind legs. Black spiderweb lace, turquoise cob web lace trim, plastic garnet jewel beads and a black rose accessorize the tail. Necklace- started with the jewels. Stitched periwinkle lace along the top, then a black ribbon with strings of black beads dangling from each side. Stitched some chain onto the black ribbon, a cross pendant in the middle with a golden key trinket. Bead embellishments on tail and mane. Beads are strung on floral wire. Cut out a bat from some suede burgundy ribbon and fastened above her ear. Fake roses adorn the back of her mane with a olive green feather and olive green cob web trim. String of black beads along the one ear with rhinestone embellishments down her forehead as well as around cutie marks, and leather fangs on her mouth to finish.
