Gothic Noir Magazine Interview with Carnifexx Deus of Toxic-Anarchy (November 2013) How did Toxic-Anarchy come to be?/Who are the members? -Well I (Carnifexx) was friends with Basilisk and he saw some vocal covers I did on youtube and asked me to do vocals in a song from his solo project (Medikal_Threat) Do you write your own songs? -Yes I write/Wrote all the lyrics for the songs and song titles What is the meaning or influence of the name? -Well Basilisk Represents the Toxic half and i represent the Anarchy half, we both come from different Goth Sub Genres and we make a great combo How would you describe your music to others? -very Electronic (or hellektro) with lots of Industrial/Terror EBM sounds and vocals . Have you always been a singer? -Not until this year (2013) i had always practiced my screaming but never actually did songs IS there any message you hope your music portrays? -yes! That this world has come to a new age, the end has come and a new age is Beginning, this world is full of toxicity and filth, we are here to show it and cleanse it Who are your personal music influences? -Lots of Industrial, Electronic, and Terror EBM bands such as Hatemagick, Dawn of Ashes, and Grendel (and many more), but i do love lots of other branches of musical genres Do your band mates share this influence? -Yes, although Basilisk isnt into some of the other genres i like Do you all tour yearly? -Well we are new and i recently just performed live for the first time, but in the future we do plan to tour How many Albums do you have released to date? -One, just released on halloween, there will be a 6 track EP Mid 2013 Where can our readers find your music? -our facebook has all the links but you can purchase our music on our Bandcamp Are you currently working on a new Album? -well the month of november we are resting but starting december 1st we will begin working in The Void.
