Gotta keep on keepin on. Today Im reminding you that you love the song Who Killed Marilyn? because A) it has historical information in it. You now know what happened at approximately 5:25 August 5th, 1962. B) Its the only Misfits song with a question mark in the title. C) Its a reminder that The Misfits got their name from the eponymous 1961 movie starring Clark Gable and Monroe herself--the last movie she (or Gable) ever shot. Side note: theres this one great scene near the end where they all get piss drunk after a rodeo and person number ~4 in the movie professes their love for Marilyn, Clark Gable starts climbing on cars while scream-crying about his kids abandoning him, and everything generally goes to shit, so the situation is resolved by one of them deciding to drunk drive the rest of the gang home.
