Gotta love it! wake up to find a pipe on the outside of our house broke, call the water company and they say "when you get your bill, we will figure out a payment plan (no saying "hey we will discount your bill" or caring anything about us) and then we call our home owners insur. and they say well, take pics and all that, we will try and come out to take a look at damages, but it could be til the next business day which is monday.
