Gotta love the Cleveland Clinic!! NOT!! I have already filed a complaint with the ombudsman of Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital...... But here is what happened today....... Since the doctors office moved (to a whole new floor) and they didnt update the website or my online chart access with the new suite number, I went to the wrong floor/Suite. The ONLY way I knew the doctors office moved was the sign on the door. So I truck down to the new floor, down 3 hallways........ ended up being a few minutes late to my appointment but they told me to have a seat anyway. While I was waiting to be called in, I posted my previous status update... Then they called me up to the receptionist desk 15 minutes later to tell me the doctor wasnt going to be seeing me (since I went to the wrong floor and was late) but I could come back and see him on July 11th...... Mind you, I had already waited 5 weeks for this appointment.... Not a happy camper with Cleveland Clinic right now... So I guess Ill be seeing my General Practitioner now instead of the Specialist........ Think Ill have a drink tonight. LOL!!!
