Gotta say a huge thank you to my husband, Todd. In the last couple of months, Ive embraced a change in my life, a desire to grow closer to God and a desire to take better care of myself. I am finally coming out from under the cloud of depression that has hung over me for several years. Todd has been so incredibly supportive of this even though Ive told him Im changing the way Im eating countless times only to go back to old habits a few days later. Due to my panic attacks, he does the shopping most of the time so when he does, he is making a conscience effort to choose healthy to support me. After viewing my fat/protein/carb ratio one day, we looked at the fat in each item we ate, found the culprit was hot dogs, so he said he will look for less fat next time. He told me yesterday he bought brown rice to eat with our Chinese. He has become my biggest cheerleader, along with my girls, and his encouragement and faith in me has meant everything.
