[Gourmet] Super-tender sautéed chicken Hi, I’m Yasu, a Japanese guy who loves cooking with my wife! My wife and I made a sauteed chicken dish, using Japan’s traditional seasoning, “Liquid Shio-Koji” - it makes the chicken unbelievably tender! Recipe 1) Chop chicken breast, with slices, and marinate with the magical Liquid Shio-koji and white dashi. 2) Marinate overnight and sautee on a heated frying pan with oil. 3) Sautee on each side until golden before moving to a plate. 4) Quickly stir fry cooked pasta on the pan from Step 3. The pasta picks up the nice chicken flavor! 5) Blanch the bean sprouts and season as you like – they accompany the chicken well! The secret to this dish is Step 3! Typically, when food gets burnt, it becomes hard… but with this magical Liquid Shio-koji, the meat becomes unbelievably tender! Stay tuned for more Japanese home cooking from me and my wife!
