Gov.-elect Larry Hogan extended a helping hand for the holidays Monday by serving lunch to dozens of people at Pauls Place in Baltimores Pigtown section. The governor-elect was joined by his wife and one of their daughters, as well as Comptroller Peter Franchot and his wife. Pauls Place offers hot lunches, housing assistance and other basic needs and services to residents in need. Hogan visited the facility during the primary election and said he hopes the program could be implemented statewide.
