Gov Akpabio Orders Indefinite Suspension Of Essien Udim PDP Chapter Chairman The embattled chapter chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Essien Udim Local Government Area(Gov Akpabios LGA) has been suspended indefinitely from the party for his refusal to adopt Mr Udom Emmanuel as the sole candidate of the party in the area, his disobedience to the order of the governor that no other governorship aspirant should be received by chapter chairmen and officers of the party apart from Udom Emmanuel, as well as the recent revelation made by the suspended chairman that Mr Nse Ntuen and Sir Emem Akpabio were the sponsors of the recent brutal and hellish attacked on Sen Helen Esuene when she visited the officers of the party from the governors local government area on consultation over her governorship aspiration. Mr Friday Udoh had few days ago on a live Radio interview on Atlantic Fm and also on Planet Fm, respectively, accused Mr Ntuen and Sir Akpabio of sending the hoodlums to disrupt the senators consultation since he had turned down their threats through the phone that morning not to received the senator as directed by the governor. Mr Udoh said on live radio that the governors directive was against the directive and position of the National Working Committee of the party and that the issue of money did not come in as speculated by the propaganda machinery of the state through a conscientiousless liar in-chief of the state information ministry, Mr Aniekan Umanah. Mr Udohs position has also been corroborated by the victim of the incidence, Sen Helen Esuene in her recent interview with Vanguard Newspaper as published by the Saturday 25th October edition of the paper. Mr Udoh who was inflicted with various degree of injuries by the rampaging and happy trigger pulling thugs was also detained at the State Police Headquarters, Ikot Akpan Abia, soon after his radio interview when he was invited for interrogation over the senators disrupted consultation visit. The suspension was made public to newsmen yesterday by the state chairman of the party obong Paul Ekpo at the state secretariat of the party and carried on the 6am News of today 25th October, 2015 on radio Akwa Ibom, 90.5Fm. The suspended chairman who is still in detention has been further asked to return all party items under his care to the deputy chairman of the party in the council.
