Gov. Jay Nixon, a Democrat, faced criticism for declining to replace Robert McCulloch (the prosecutor), whose police officer father was fatally shot in the line of duty, with a special prosecutor to oversee the case. Some activists have also charged that McCulloch presented evidence in a way to ensure that the jury would not return an indictment. A gag order for LIFE imposed on the grand jury - are you kidding me? Why? The handling of this case from beginning to end is beyond preposterous. This is not justice. This is a joke.
