Kashim Shettima had on Wednesday swear-in New Chief of Staff, 24 member of the Borno State Executive Council, 2 Permanent Secretaries, the Chairman of the House of Assembly Service Commission and the Caretaker Chairman of the MMC. In his welcome address, the Secretary to the Borno State Government Amb. Baba Ahmed Jidda stated that their appointment was based on the constitutional power bestowed on the Governor and by merit. However, he challenge them to rise up to peoples expectation and impact positively on the grassroots. The Newly appointed Chief Staff is Hon. Modu Alhaji Musa and the Commissioners are: 1.
