Government [Ghana] must consciously put up a programme to educate the citizenry on the activities of these African terrorists. Our security agencies should also institute programmes to re-train their men on strategies for combating these terrorists who are fast destroying the African continent with their activities. No amount of AID in whatever form, from the West is enough to pacify Africa for the damage their actions have caused the continent.
